1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 788wim platform — whether through the website, mobile browser or any application made available by 788wim — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any duplicate accounts identified will be merged or closed, and balances on secondary accounts may be voided at 788wim's discretion.

Accurate Registration Information

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• You must be the registered owner of any payment method used to deposit on the platform.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow third parties to access your account.

3 Account Verification

788wim is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at other points during the account lifecycle. Currency

All account balances, bets, wins, bonuses and transaction amounts on 788wim are displayed and processed in PKR. There are no internal token systems or automatic currency conversions applied by 788wim. What you deposit is what your balance reflects.

5 Withdrawals

Verified players may withdraw available real-money balances to their registered payment method at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

Cricket markets at 788wim — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international series and ICC tournaments — are subject to the cricket betting rules available within the sportsbook. Key conditions include:

• Matches must reach the minimum number of overs specified for a market to be settled as a win or loss. Below that threshold, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

788wim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• At the player's own request — including self-exclusion requests made through responsible gaming tools.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to the notification process described below.

In cases of suspected fraud or terms breach, 788wim may suspend access to an account and freeze balances while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, access will be restored.
